Falafel Stop is a great choice when you are craving mediterranean food and you want something fresh, quick, and casual. When driving over there, it can be easy to miss since it's a sharp turn on a busy intersection so be mindful of that. Furthermore the parking-lot gets very busy with many pick-up orders. Once inside the atmosphere of the restaurant is akin to a road-side stall (but thankfully covered) You'll instantly start getting hungry with the aromas of the food. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma on a plate with our choice of fries. It also comes with a pita on the side. The portions are very generous! The plate reminds me of a burrito bowl with all the ingredients/sides mixed together. It includes a salad, hummus, baba ganoush, and more! The combination of that with the Shawarma/Fries always hits the spot. It would be a 5/5 place for me if the sauces were slightly better. They are very watery and personally prefer the thicker ones. Highly recommend this spot whenever you are in the area!

Came here around 5:30 for an early dinner. Ordered a shawarma hummus plate, and a beef kebab plate with fries and barvarian cream. While ordering, the staff told me that it would be an extra 10 minutes or so for the beef to cook. During our wait, a waiter walked by to every table to offer a sample of falafel and told us that our food would be out shortly. That was great service! My number was called shortly after and everything tasted great. The veggies were crisp and cold. So it wasn't sitting under hot meat for too long. The chicken wasn't dry and had great spice. The kebab although great, reminded me of a beef patty just molded into a kebab shape. It still tasted good though. The barvarian cream was our favorite. It was light, not too sweet even with the chocolate sauce, and the nuts offered a nice texture.

I noticed at least one review saying that Falafel Stop is tricky to navigate. I agree. But it's not terrible. Definitely could be labeled better, but it's just something in passing and you won't notice. The food is very good. The hummus is something else. A bit nutty and has that extra flavor on the back end, it's difficult to explain, but I sure liked it! Their meats, really good. Pita super soft and airy, and their vegetables work so well to balance the dishes by bringing some crisp acidity to the mix. There are some shared parking spots, enough spots where you shouldn't need to worry, but I can see it getting crowded at the most busy times. Seating is rather open in a "food stand" like atmosphere. Service was fine, friendly enough and quick. We enjoyed it. Would visit again.

Love their falafel pita and falafel plates. I appreciate the fact that they have a separate vegetarian section to order from with a lot of options. Their pita is especially good! Fluffy and delicious! I get their falafel pita sandwich if I am eating here but not for to go as it gets soggy. For to go, I opt for falafel plate which pretty much is like DIY falafel pita sandwich in the sense the pita comes as a side and the plate has Israeli salad, falafel, tahini, hummus, babaghanough, sauerkraut and pickles. The service is quick and even if there is a line it moves quickly. The vibe is pretty casual with self service. You order up and pay then go to a counter and the person there helps you with getting the order packed in front of you. Tip: as for sauces on the side. Their green sauce and spicy red sauce enhances the flavor of their dishes.

Located at the border of Sunnyvale and Cupertino, parking is quite atrocious. The lot is tiny and quite difficult to drive through. The seating is in an indoor area but definitely felt outdoors with all the glass and open windows. Shawarma plate (5/5): They really piled and loaded up the plate. If that wasn't enough how about a side of pita and fries. The real star of the show was the shawarma though. It was tender and full of flavor. The sauces and veggies were a perfect complement. Tap to pay is accepted. Service is pretty quick. Overall, Falafel Stop is an awesome place for some delicious middle eastern food. There's a good variety of meats and options for vegetarians.

Delicious Mediterranean fast casual spot with really good platters!! Love the fast service! We ordered for takeout and it was really tasty!! Comes with a lot of delicious pitabread which I really enjoyed! I liked the Marinated chicken tenders platter a lot, the chicken was so juicy and flavorful and the rice pilaf it came with was so flavorful!!! Also really loved the hummus platter- I haven't had any that had this many toppings! Really enjoyed that that - made it way more worth getting that just your usual hummus with no toppings or whole chickpeas. The shwarma would be great if you're trying to eat healthier, it's very light and refreshing!!
